This recipe (if you can call it that) could not be any easier. All that is needed is a cake pop machine and a tube of refrigerated cinnamon rolls. If you don't have a cake pop machine...what are you waiting for! This little gadget is super handy. :o)
Open up the cinnamon rolls and separate. Flatten out each roll, just a bit. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Fold up each end into the middle, keeping the cinnamon on the inside and pinch together. Place in heated cake pop machine and cook for 3 minutes. Repeat until all the rolls are finished.
Place the icing (without the lid) into the microwave for a few seconds to thin out.
Dip cinnamon rolls into icing while still warm.
These go very quickly at my house, my 8 year old son just loves them.

pumpkin spiced hot cocoa
Well its Nov.4th already and there is quite a chill in the air. It's a great time to curl up with your favorite blanket and enjoy a good movie. I have been in the mood for a marathon of musicals lately :o) But whatever your choice of movie, it is even better with a cozy mug of hot cocoa. This is a great recipe I found and its very simple to make. If you are into a 'chai like' taste add a little more of the pumpkin pie spice.
Pumpkin Spiced Hot Cocoa
2 1/4 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cup powdered hot cocoa mix
3 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
whipped cream (optional)
In a med saucepan, whisk together milk, hot cocoa mix, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.
Heat on med-high until steaming, stirring constantly.
Pour into your favorite mug and top with whip cream.
Enjoy!!
